If you are reporting a bug, it helps to include:

• which tool you were using (Split, Merge, Redact, or Watermark);
• what browser and operating system you are on;
• a brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen.

Please do not attach the actual PDF you were working with unless it is a file you created specifically to demonstrate a bug. Never send documents that contain personal, medical, legal, or financial information.

If there is a PDF task you regularly need that the site does not currently support, you are welcome to suggest it. Not every request can be implemented, but all suggestions are read and considered when prioritizing what to add next.

Because the site does not store files or user accounts, we have no way to retrieve a document you processed, recover a download, or access any file-related history. Processing is entirely local to your browser and nothing is retained on our end once you close the tab.
